For the past 5 years I've tried every diet going to try and lose weight, my usual routine consisted of healthy eating and exercise for about a week then I'd quit, but still continue to wonder why I wasn't shifting the weight.
When I found Get Your Body Back Boot Camp I was optimistic to say the least. Here was something I'd been looking for, easily accessible and value for money, could this be too good to be true?
I decided to sign up and give one month a try, at best I thought I would at least get the motivation I needed to see it through for the month, what I got was so much more.
There are so many good things to say about Get Your Body Back Boot Camp that it's hard to know where to start. I will say it does exactly what it says on the tin. The team of ladies are the best, they are so supportive and it's good to know that we're all there for the same reason. If there's something you can't do they don't rush you, stare at you, they encourage you to do what's comfortable for you (unlike how you feel walking into a gym, at GYBB no-one is judging you). The atmosphere is so nurturing that it's hard to convey in words; you have to experience it.
Within two weeks I was doing full press ups, something I thought I'd never be able to do, and actually enjoying each session. My body is getting stronger by the day, my energy levels have vastly improved and I can feel my confidence coming back with every press up.
Becky our trainer is the best. She notes your personal goal and is focused on helping you achieve it. She was on hand whenever I needed her, always providing that constant support, whenever temptation tried to creep up.
This is not a boot camp where you do cross country runs for hours on end (I promise no cross country anything involved). Becky uses your body as its own tool, to achieve your own personal goal, and in turn you will see just how strong you really are and what your body is capable of achieving. I guarantee the results will suprise you.
My "I can't" attitude has changed to a "I defo can!" attitude -in one month I've lost 17lbs and counting. My legs, stomach and arms are toning, my body feels so much stronger - purely through healthy eating (I never went hungry) and boot camp - IT WORKS! Who knew 5 years ago that this was all I needed. I've signed up for another month purely because I can see my target weight in sight and I know with Becky and the girls I'll be there real soon.
